There are several different blends you can use to help promote a good night’s sleep. There are also various ways in which you can use these blends.
Not everyone likes certain essential oils so choose whichever one you prefer the smell of if you feel that will help.
A diffuser or oil burner can be used to disperse the blends into the room. A diffuser usually has to be plugged in or requires batteries and an oil burner requires a tea light to be lit underneath. Both these options require the oils to be mixed into water.
Applying the blends on a piece of tissue to have next to you on the bed is another way to inhale the essential oils while you sleep. This is a safer option to a diffuser or oil burner.
If you prefer you can add oils to the bath and soak for a while. Not only will you be able to inhale the essential oils but you will also be able to absorb them through the skin. Mix the essential oils with an unscented bubble bath.
